AEDEX + Airport Expo 2026
Bringing Aerospace, Defence and Civil Aviation Together

A convergence of industries, technologies and opportunities.
AEDEX + Airport Expo 2026 brought together the aerospace, defence, airport and civil aviation industries under one platform at Yashobhoomi (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi, from 10–12 September 2026.
The co-located international exhibitions created a meeting point for manufacturers, technology companies, airport and aviation stakeholders, industry leaders, policymakers and business representatives. With 300+ exhibitors and participation from companies across international markets, the event offered a strong platform for business networking, technology showcases, knowledge exchange and cross-sector collaboration.
DMA PR was associated with the event's public relations and communications, helping shape and communicate the event narrative around its scale, industry participation and the opportunities emerging on the exhibition floor.
Beyond announcing the event.
For a large-scale B2B exhibition spanning two closely connected but distinct sectors, communication needed to go beyond simply announcing the event.
AEDEX focused on the aerospace and defence ecosystem, bringing together defence manufacturers, aerospace companies, R&D organisations, system integrators and technology providers. Alongside it, Airport Expo focused on the rapidly evolving airport and civil aviation ecosystem — including smart airport technologies, digitalisation, automation, security, cargo and logistics, and sustainable airport infrastructure.
The communications challenge was therefore to present the event as more than an exhibition — positioning it as a platform where industries, technologies and business opportunities converge.
Messaging centred on three key themes.
DMA PR focused on developing communication that reflected the scale and dynamism of the event while remaining relevant to a professional B2B audience.
Industry Convergence
Highlighting the coming together of aerospace, defence, airport infrastructure and civil aviation stakeholders on a common platform.
Business & Networking
Communicating the importance of meetings, introductions, partnerships and commercial opportunities taking place across the exhibition floor.
Innovation & Industry Leadership
Bringing attention to the technologies, ideas and industry conversations shaping the future of aerospace, defence and aviation.
The event's conference programme further strengthened this narrative, with industry discussions addressing innovation, indigenisation and global leadership, alongside wider conversations around smart airports, digitalisation, automation, security, cargo and future airport operations.
From anticipation to atmosphere.
As the exhibition opened, communications shifted from anticipation to the experience of the event itself.
The messaging captured a busy exhibition floor filled with exhibitors, product and technology showcases, industry meetings and new business conversations. Rather than presenting the event purely through statistics, the communication focused on the atmosphere and momentum on the ground — the handshakes, introductions, demonstrations and conversations that define a major B2B exhibition.
This created a more immediate narrative around AEDEX + Airport Expo 2026: an event where businesses were not simply displaying their capabilities, but actively meeting potential partners, customers and industry stakeholders.
Connecting India and international stakeholders.
AEDEX + Airport Expo 2026 was designed to connect Indian and international stakeholders across the aerospace, defence and airport sectors. The Airport Expo component, in particular, brought attention to opportunities in India's expanding aviation ecosystem and provided a platform for companies from India and overseas to showcase solutions and exchange knowledge.
The co-location of the two exhibitions added another layer to the event, allowing conversations to move across traditionally connected sectors — from aerospace and defence technologies to airport infrastructure, aviation systems and emerging technologies.
A compelling story, not just a statistic.
Through focused event communications and an on-ground narrative built around participation, industry interaction and momentum, DMA PR helped communicate AEDEX + Airport Expo 2026 as a significant meeting point for the aerospace, defence and civil aviation ecosystem.
The communications captured the event not simply as a three-day exhibition, but as an active business environment where ideas were exchanged, relationships were initiated and opportunities began taking shape.
With the exhibition continuing through 12 September, the event demonstrated the value of strategic PR in translating a large-scale industry gathering into a clear, engaging and relevant public narrative.
